Jenn believes that yoga teaches us how to live our lives off the yoga mat. She has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years and has been teaching for 10 years. Jenn’s teaching is influenced by a variety of styles, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Vinyasa, Power, and Anusara. She has studied with YogaFit RYT 200 and Zen Zone RYT 200 programs. She is also Heart Math certified. Jenn sees herself as both a teacher and a student––a lifelong learner who is fascinated by the stories and experiences of others and what she can learn from them. Jenn will be the second teacher at our Yoga Teacher Training.

Maralis (she/her) holds a E-RYT 200 and trained right here at our studio! She is also a certified Reiki Master and certified Master Mindfulness Practitioner.
